BOOTH & ARTIST ALLEY TABLE RATES/ FOR ALL 3 DAYS


Standard Booth:(10’x 10’) $ 700

w/ 8’x 30” table, two chairs, one waste basket and sign Pipe & Drapes 8’ rear wall and 3’ side walls.

Corner Premium Booth:(Single,10’x 10’) $900

This is an optional Premium Booth with a $ 200 Add-On and requires the purchase of one (1) 10’X 10’ Standard Booth. The premium charge is in addition to the booth cost.

Corner Premium Booth:(Double,10’x 20’) $1,600

This is an optional Premium Booth with a $ 200 Add-On and requires the purchase of (2) 10’X 10’ Standard Booths. The premium charge is in addition to the booth cost.

Both upgrade does not include standard pipe & drape Layout. Exhibitor can submit custom layout request for Pipe and Drapes corner placement, additional cost may apply.

Corner Premium Booth Single 10’ x 10’ Booth space (1) table, (2)chairs,waste basket,(1)sign,and (4) complementary Exhibitor badges/10 x 10 Booth space are Included in price.

Corner Premium Booth Double (2) table, (4)chairs, (2) waste baskets, (2) signs,and (6) complementary Exhibitor badges/10’x 20’ Booth space are Included in price.

Island Premium Booth: (16’ x 20’) $2,400

The Island Premium Booth is a 16' x 20’ booth area (320 sq. feet), It is 20 sq. feet more space than the combined area of 3 Standard 10' x 10' booths (300 sq. Feet).

The value of 3 standard booths $ 2,100,00 for only $1,800,00 plus $ 600 Island Premium Add-On,totaling $ 2,400.00 for one Island Premiums Booth. Only 4 available!

This upgrade is for raw space only, and does not include pipe & drape. Exhibitor can submit custom layout request for Pipe and Drapes Island placement, additional cost apply. However, (2) tables, (4) chairs, (2) waste basket, (2) signs, and (8) complementary Exhibitor badges are Included in Island Premium price.

NOTE:

On Site Material Handling (Pallet Service) up to 400 Lbs. per 10 x 10 booth to be included in the booth price. 

Beyond 400 lbs. per 10 x 10 Booth, there will be an additional charge:

Standard Rate: $ 130/100 per 10 x 10 Booth with a 100 Lbs. minimum. Furnishings and Merchandise. Round Trip, includes Incoming and Outgoing Material Handling.

Product Rate: $80/100 Lbs. with a 100 Lbs. minimum. for Incoming Merchandise to be sold or distributed only. Not furnishing (display case, shelves, etc.)

$50/100 Lbs. with a 100 Lbs. minimum.  for Outgoing unsold Merchandise only.

$130/ 100 Lbs. with a 100 Lbs. minimum. for Incoming and Outgoing Furnishings only.

Artist Alley Tables: (8’x 2.5’), $350

Artist Alley Table, includes (1) table (8’x 2.5’)w/ (2) chairs and (1) waste basket. Also (2) complementary Artist Alley Badges.

On Site Material Handling(Pallet Service) Not Included with Artist Alley Tables.

There will be only 68 Standard Booths, 28 Corner Premiums, 4 Island Booths and 14 Artist Alley tables available. Those who fill and submit the application form will be given first opportunity to purchase(Pay in Full) and secure their Booth(s) or Table(s).
